Our story
Recruitment done differently
Work Vera was founded on a simple belief: Africa has world-class drivers, nurses and tradespeople, and Europe needs them. What was missing was a bridge candidates could trust — an agency with real offices, real employer relationships, and a process with no hidden costs and no false promises.
Today we recruit across three specialist sectors — transport and logistics, healthcare, and construction and engineering — and have placed thousands of candidates with employers in twelve European countries. Every placement comes with a genuine contract and a legal work permit.
With offices in Johannesburg and Beitbridge, we assess and support candidates from across Southern Africa, and we stay in touch long after they start work abroad.
